The heart of the farmhouse is given by a large stone building of the early ‘900 (former stable and barn), in front of the family house, renovated with attention to architecture and traditional building materials, in the middle of the fields. With its common areas, a small room for meetings and the swimming pool, it is the ideal place for reunions and organized stays.

Located in the farm propriety, separated from the core building by the golf course and the forest, there are the lodges, accommodations of various sizes suitable for those who want to organize their holiday autonomously, with another swimming pool with a small playground and a lot of greenery for a relaxing and regenerating stay. From up here you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the valley and the northern Apuan Alps.

GENERAL INFORMATIONS

Reservations and cancellations

For all reservations a deposit of 30% of the amount of the stay is required, to be paid by credit card or bank transfer.

Cancellation policies
Cancellations close to arrival, missed arrivals and early departures, especially in high season, are economically very damaging for our business.

  • If the cancellation occurs more than 60 days from the day of arrival, the deposit is refunded;
  • if it occurs less than 60 days before arrival: for bookings in high season (15 June to 15 September) the deposit is retained; for those in low season, it will be reused for a stay in another period, also in low season.

For stays booked and already paid for via booking platforms (e.g. Booking):

  • in high season, 50% of the amount is retained and the remaining 50% will be reused for a stay in another period in low season;
  • in low season, the entire amount paid will be reused for a stay of the same duration in another period in low season.

Check-in

It is always guaranteed from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. If the accommodation is free and ready earlier, the availability of the accommodation can be anticipated (but not before 11:00 a.m.): please contact us for updates.

Check-out

It is necessary for the accommodation to be vacated at 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure in order to allow us time for proper cleaning and tidying up of the spaces.

Cleaning of accommodation

The rooms and other accommodation are handed over to the guest clean and with linen.
There is no daily cleaning and linen change.

Tourist tax

In Garfagnana there is a tourist tax of €1 per person per night (from 14 years old, maximum €5), reduced to €0.50 in October, November, December, January, February, March and April. The tax has to be paid in cash.
